Koyo D2-250-1 CPU is a mid-range RISC-based main central processing unit for the DirectLogic DL205 modular PLC platform, designed for small-to-medium industrial automation logic, temperature PID regulation, serial networking and local I/O expansion tasks. This Koyo D2-250-1 CPU carries a total 14.8K words memory (7.6K ladder flash memory + 7.2K data V-memory), supports up to 768 combined local & remote I/O points, and integrates dual independent serial communication ports for programming, HMI connection, Modbus RTU and remote I/O master control. As an upgraded expansion-capable successor to the original D2-250 CPU, D2-250-1 supports up to 3 total local base racks and native 4 auto-tuning PID control loops, widely deployed in packaging machinery, plastic injection equipment, small conveyor systems, HVAC control and compact process automation lines.
