The PR6423/30J-100 is a high-precision non-contact eddy current displacement sensor from Emerson EPRO PR6423 series, specially developed for online condition monitoring of critical rotating machinery. It effectively solves core equipment monitoring pain points such as contact probe wear, inaccurate shaft vibration/eccentricity reading, signal drift under high temperature and severe vibration, and poor long-term stability in turbine workshops. Based on eddy current electromagnetic induction technology, the probe converts tiny radial/axial shaft clearance changes into standard analog voltage signals, realizing continuous real-time collection of rotor vibration, axial thrust displacement, shaft eccentricity and rotational speed parameters. Widely applied in steam/gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, large pumps, blowers and gearboxes in power plants, petrochemical and oil & gas industries.
