Product Overview
The IS220PAICH1A is a high-density integrated analog input and output I/O pack exclusively designed for GE Mark VIe critical turbine and process safety control systems. It serves as the core signal conversion bridge between field measuring sensors, regulating actuators and the main Mark VIe controller. This module effectively solves industry pain points such as insufficient analog channel capacity, poor signal anti-interference capability, inaccurate temperature/pressure acquisition, and unstable closed-loop regulation in power and petrochemical harsh environments. With 8 isolated AI and 8 isolated AO configurable channels, it collects real-time parameters including bearing vibration, exhaust temperature, gas pressure, oil temperature and flow rate, and outputs analog control signals to drive servo valves, actuators and regulating loops. Widely deployed on gas turbines, steam turbines, large compressors and generator protection systems in thermal power plants, oil & gas refineries and chemical processing facilities. As a standard original component of the GE Mark VIe ecosystem, it guarantees deterministic signal transmission, measurement precision and long-term uninterrupted safety protection for rotating critical equipment.
Core Functional Features
- 8AI+8AO Multi-Channel Configurable Isolated Signal Processing All channels adopt independent galvanic isolation design, freely switched between current, voltage and RTD thermal resistance modes via system software configuration. It unifies temperature, pressure, displacement and flow signal acquisition, reducing the quantity of separate signal conversion modules and simplifying cabinet wiring layout.
- Dual Redundant IONet Ethernet Communication Architecture Dual independent 10/100Mbps IONet Ethernet ports support network redundancy and DLR ring topology. In case of single cable or port failure, data transmission automatically switches to the backup link without control interruption, fully meeting the high safety requirements of turbine trip protection logic.
- Conformal Coating & Harsh Environment Industrial Grade Reliability The circuit board is covered with protective conformal coating to resist dampness, dust, chemical volatile gas and condensation. It runs stably within a wide -30°C to +65°C temperature range and passes strict anti-vibration and shock tests, adapting to high-temperature and dusty turbine bearing housing and central control cabinet working conditions.
