The FS-SIF-24 is a customized integrated redundant feeder and safety serial interface assembly exclusively designed for Honeywell legacy FSC fail-safe safety control system, widely deployed on ESD emergency shutdown and SIS safety interlock systems in petrochemical, oil & gas, fertilizer and thermal power industries.

It combines two core functions in one heavy-duty assembled unit:

1. Redundant 24VDC Power Feeder Unit: Provides centralized, fault-tolerant 24V DC power distribution for field safety transmitters, limit switches, solenoid valves and proximity sensors; each loop carries independent short-circuit protection to avoid total system power collapse caused by single field wiring fault.
2. SIF Safety Isolated Serial Interface Module: Acts as a secure isolation gateway between the high-SIL FSC safety controller and non-safety DCS, SCADA host or third-party monitoring systems. It transmits interlock trigger records, equipment trip status and real-time process variables without downgrading the safety integrity level of the core SIS loop.
