The PT5-50M (PCN 802353) is a factory-calibrated compact pressure transmitter from Emerson PT5 series, specially engineered for closed-loop pressure monitoring and protection control in refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems. It covers a 0–50bar relative pressure measuring range, converting refrigerant pipeline hydraulic pressure into standardized 4–20mA linear current signals and transmitting real-time data to electronic expansion valve drivers, refrigeration main controllers and industrial PLCs for superheat adjustment, compressor high/low pressure interlock shutdown and system load protection.

Equipped with an integrated Schrader piercing pin on the 7/16”-20UNF service thread, the unit can be directly mounted on refrigerant test ports without extra adapters to avoid refrigerant leakage during installation.
