The HIMA X-CPU 01 is the central brain of the HIMax large-scale modular SIS (Safety Instrumented System), exclusively designed for critical process safety interlock and emergency shutdown (ESD) protection in high-risk industries.

Its core mission is to execute safety logic independently of the plant DCS system: monitoring process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow, vibration, flame detection; triggering automatic shutdown of compressors, turbines, reactors, closing emergency isolation valves, cutting fuel/gas supply when dangerous deviation occurs, to avoid explosion, fire and equipment catastrophic failure.

The TMR triple redundant voting architecture ensures zero false action caused by single chip or circuit damage. The SafeEthernet encrypted safety bus guarantees anti-interference and anti-hacking data transmission in strong EMI industrial environments. It supports hot-swap replacement during system online operation without interrupting the safety loop, minimizing production downtime during module maintenance.
