It bridges the field-mounted proximity probe and the rack- or panel-mounted 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor, carrying both the –24 Vdc excitation supply and the analog gap-proportional voltage signal back to the monitoring system. As a matched-length component, it keeps the system’s 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) incremental scale factor and 2 mm linear range within API 670 tolerances without requiring individual bench calibration of probes, cables, or sensors. The cable uses 75 Ω triaxial construction with FEP insulation and gold-plated ClickLoc connectors, delivering RFI/EMI immunity and repeatable mating in turbine, compressor, and pump environments.
