• Product Overview

  The RSPC-X32 is the central master processing unit of Samsung SSAS-Pro marine safety centralized alarm and monitoring system, acting as the brain of the entire automation platform. It undertakes full tasks including cyclic collection of all field discrete switches, 4-20mA analog transmitters, Pt100 temperature signals, logic operation, threshold comparison, abnormal alarm output and data uploading to upper monitoring terminals. It communicates with the whole series of SSAS-Pro I/O expansion modules via the proprietary backplane bus, freely expanding digital/analog acquisition and relay output points according to vessel or industrial project scale. The built-in fault-tolerant Ethernet and multi-channel isolated serial ports realize data interconnection with ship ECS, boiler control system, power management system, local alarm repeaters and shore-based remote monitoring SCADA platform. Dual redundant hot standby architecture greatly improves system safety: the backup controller automatically takes over all control and monitoring functions without signal loss once the primary RSPC-X32 malfunctions, fully complying with international marine classification society safety requirements. The industrial-grade vibration-resistant, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion design enables stable long-term operation in harsh engine room environments with high temperature, high humidity and severe electromagnetic interference.
