SS3001 is an 8‑channel safety analog input module for Emerson DeltaV‑SIS platform. It acquires 4‑20 mA analog signals from safety‑related field transmitters for ESD, over‑pressure and process safety interlock loops. HART pass‑through enables smart transmitter diagnostics and parameter access. Comprehensive channel‑level fault monitoring detects field‑wiring anomalies and reports fault status to the SIS logic solver. Hot‑swap capable for online maintenance without SIS system shutdown. Original OEM production discontinued; supplied as refurbished and new‑old‑stock spare‑parts for refineries, petrochemical‑plant safety‑system maintenance.
