SDI-1624 CCV1.1 (FC-SDI-1624) is the 16-channel safe digital input module for Honeywell Safety Manager SIL3 SIS system, hardware version CCV1.1. It receives 24V DC discrete signals from limit switches, ESD pushbuttons, valve position feedback, dry contact sensors. It adopts fail-safe design with wire break and short-circuit detection, channel isolation, and per-channel LED status indication. It is matched with FTA TDI-1624 for field wiring, suitable for Class I Div.2 hazardous area. Widely used on ESD, fire & gas, burner management safety interlock loops. Supplied as new surplus stock for SIS maintenance and replacement.
