Koyo D4-450 CPU is a high-performance AC-powered main central processing unit for the DirectLogic DL405 modular PLC control system, built for medium-to-complex industrial automation logic, closed-loop PID regulation and multi-device communication linkage. This Koyo D4-450 CPU delivers 30.8K total memory capacity, supports up to 1536 local & remote I/O points, and integrates four independent serial communication ports for programming, HMI connection, remote I/O and Modbus networking. As the flagship main controller of the D4 series rack-based PLC platform, D4-450 CPU runs ladder logic, floating-point arithmetic and up to 16 independent PID control loops natively, widely deployed in packaging lines, plastic molding equipment, material handling conveyors, HVAC control systems and general factory automation production machinery.
