Description
Automation Direct D4-EX is a dedicated local base expansion power unit for KOYO DirectLogic DL405 series modular PLC systems, used to expand the maximum local I/O rack capacity of the main CPU base. This Automation Direct D4-EX supports connection of additional D4-series digital/analog I/O racks via D4-EXCBL expansion cables, built-in independent 24VDC auxiliary power output to supply field sensors and small actuators without extra external power adapters. As an essential scalable expansion accessory for DL405 PLC control hardware, D4-EX adopts universal 110–220VAC wide-range mains input, features industrial anti-interference circuit and status LED indicators, widely deployed in packaging machinery, material handling conveyors, plastic injection molding equipment and small factory automation production lines.
