2. Product Overview
The X-AI 32 01 is the high-density front-end analog signal acquisition card for HIMA HIMax SIS safety system, responsible for collecting all critical process variable analog signals and transmitting validated safe digital values to X-CPU 01 safety processor for ESD interlock logic judgment.
It is the core perception layer of the safety system: it receives 4–20mA pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, vibration and gas concentration signals from field safety transmitters in petrochemical, power and oil & gas plants. Each channel independently powers the 2-wire transmitter and constantly checks loop integrity. Once a broken wire, short circuit or abnormal process value is detected, the module marks the fault point and uploads to the safety CPU immediately.
