3. Product Overview

The X-DO 32 01 is the high-density execution terminal of the HIMax SIS safety system. After the X-CPU 01 safety CPU completes safety logic judgment, this module converts internal digital safety commands into 24VDC field driving signals to trigger all safety executive actuators.

In ESD emergency shutdown, F&G fire & gas protection and HIPPS high-integrity pressure protection loops, it undertakes core safety actions: tripping shutdown solenoid valves, closing emergency isolation shutoff valves, cutting fuel/gas supply, tripping turbine trip coils, stopping compressors, activating fire suppression systems and alarm horns.
