Product Overview

The RLX2-IHNF-A is a rugged RadioLinx series industrial dual-band WiFi access point and wireless bridge developed by ProSoft Technology, purpose-built for harsh factory floor, process plant and mobile automation wireless communication. This DIN-rail mounted radio module supports three core working modes: Access Point (AP), Wireless Client and Signal Repeater, delivering stable long-distance wireless transmission up to 3.2 kilometers for industrial control network data.

It solves critical wireless communication pain points in automated production environments, including unstable roaming connection for AGVs, stacker cranes and mobile robotic equipment, incompatible wireless data collection between field remote I/O and central EtherNet/IP PLC systems, insufficient network security for OT control traffic, and complicated centralized diagnostics for distributed wireless nodes. Equipped with triple-antenna MIMO technology, DFS radar frequency detection for 5GHz band, embedded web server and IH Browser configuration tool, the unit maintains continuous low-latency data exchange under workshop dust, vibration, electromagnetic interference from inverters and heavy machinery, and wide ambient temperature fluctuations.
