Product Overview
The SPiiPlusNTM‑04000004NNNS is an economical standalone EtherCAT motion master controller from ACS SPiiPlus platform, dedicated for high‑precision multi‑axis coordinated motion equipment. It generates motion trajectories and sends setpoint commands across the EtherCAT fieldbus to remote servo drives, linear amplifiers and I/O modules, while the slave drives execute local high‑speed servo closed‑loop control at 20 kHz rate.
It works seamlessly with ACS UDMnt / MDMst series drives and also supports third‑party CoE‑compliant EtherCAT servo and I/O devices, bringing high system openness and hardware selection flexibility. Programming adopts ACSPL+ motion language plus full IEC‑61131‑3 PLCopen logic, supporting electronic gearing, camming, gantry control, point‑to‑point interpolation and continuous path CNC‑style motion profiles.
