ARND-3110K is the main control board (DSP board) of the high-voltage inverter in the TMdrive series of TMEIC (Toshiba Mitsubishi). As the driving core, it is responsible for motor vector control, logical operations and system communication.

Motor core control
Implement vector control / direct torque control (DTC), receive encoder / rotator signal, achieve high-precision speed (±0.01%) and torque closed-loop, suitable for asynchronous / synchronous motors.
System signal processing
Collect analog quantities such as voltage, current, and temperature, with built-in 16-bit ADC; output PWM driving signal, integrate overcurrent, overvoltage, ground, and overheating protection logic.
Multi-protocol communication
Standard Ethernet (TCP/IP), RS-485 (Modbus RTU), optional Profibus-DP, supports networking with PLC and DCS and remote monitoring.
Self-diagnosis and redundancy
Real-time monitoring of hardware faults (DSP, memory, power supply) and signal abnormalities, supports fault memory and traceability; can seamlessly switch in redundant systems to ensure continuous operation.
