Automation Direct H4-ECOM100 is a high-speed 10/100Base-T Ethernet network communication module exclusively designed for the DirectLogic DL405 series modular PLC rack system, realizing TCP/IP industrial networking for DL405 CPU units like D4-450 CPU. This H4-ECOM100 integrates one auto-sensing RJ45 Ethernet port, natively supports Modbus TCP, UDP/IP and IPX multi-protocol communication, and works as both Modbus TCP master and slave to enable PLC-to-PLC data exchange, HMI remote connection and upper computer SCADA data collection. As a standard industrial Ethernet expansion accessory for DL405 automation control hardware, H4-ECOM100 supports DHCP dynamic IP allocation and built-in HTML web configuration page, equipped with LINK, ACTIVE and ERROR status LED indicators, widely deployed in packaging production lines, plastic injection equipment, logistics conveying systems and small chemical process control racks.
