Product Overview
The 3500/92 gateway module realizes data communication between the Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack and upper monitoring systems. It collects vibration, position, speed and alarm data from all monitoring modules in the rack, and transmits information to DCS, host monitoring software or third-party systems via Ethernet and serial channels.
The assembly consists of 136180-01 main electronic module and matching 136188-02 terminal base. It supports hot-swap maintenance; technicians can replace the module without disconnecting field wiring on the base. It is widely used for new monitoring cabinet assembly and spare parts replacement of rotating equipment condition monitoring systems.
