The Emerson VE4003S2B3 is a hot-swappable 8-channel isolated HART analog input module exclusively developed for Emerson DeltaV S-series DCS platform. It collects 4–20mA analog signals from field HART smart transmitters (pressure, flow, level, temperature, analytical sensors), converts analog process variables into digital data, and transmits to DeltaV core controllers for PID closed-loop regulation, safety interlock logic, alarm triggering and centralized process monitoring.
