Product Overview

The CLS200 is a classic 2-electrode conductive analog conductivity sensor from E+H Condumax series, designed for general industrial water quality monitoring and low-to-medium conductivity liquid measurement. It adopts coaxial polished stainless steel dual-electrode structure with fixed cell constant (k=0.1 or k=1.0 optional), mainly deployed in pure water, cooling water, wastewater and drinking water treatment processes to monitor solution conductivity, total dissolved solids (TDS) and water ion concentration in real time.

It solves common measurement defects in conventional water analysis systems, including inaccurate readings caused by uncompensated liquid temperature drift, electrode scaling leading to long-term precision degradation, weak analog signal attenuation over long-distance field wiring, and poor compatibility with mainstream E+H liquid transmitters. Constructed with corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel electrodes, PES electrode shaft and EPDM food-grade sealing gaskets, the sensor maintains stable measurement performance under fluctuating process temperature, pipeline pressure and trace chemical contamination in water media.
