The 05701-A-0502 is a half 19-inch 6U rack chassis assembly for Honeywell Sieger System 57 fire and gas monitoring systems. It accepts up to eight single-channel gas control cards together with matching interface, relay and analogue output modules, plus the dedicated engineering card. The built-in backplane distributes 24 VDC power and handles rack-wide serial communication between all installed cards. Front-access wiring terminals simplify field cable connection and maintenance. This compact chassis is suitable for smaller gas safety systems where full 16-slot racks are unnecessary. It is widely used for toxic and combustible gas detection in chemical, offshore, oil & gas and refinery hazardous areas.
