3. Product Overview

The 05704-A-0144 is a rack-mounted four-channel catalytic gas control card for Honeywell Sieger System 57 fire and gas safety systems. It supplies constant excitation current to four catalytic bead combustible gas detectors, measures bridge output signals and calculates gas concentration for each channel independently. Users can set separate alarm levels and fault logic for every channel. Continuous channel diagnostics detect broken wiring, short circuits and sensor degradation. It works with the matching 05704-A-0121 quad relay interface card to provide relay outputs for alarms and shutdown interlocks. The front panel display and LEDs deliver direct local status readout. It is widely used for combustible gas monitoring in oil & gas, chemical, refinery and offshore hazardous locations.
