It accepts redundant 24 V DC field‑station power, conditions and distributes multi‑voltage backplane power for local I/O modules, meanwhile acting as network drop for FIO / ControlNet communication. Dual‑power‑input design improves system availability for continuous process‑plant operation. Built‑in diagnostics monitor power‑supply health for remote fault alarming. Discontinued OEM hardware; available as refurbished and new‑old‑stock spare parts for Experion PKS DCS‑system overhaul and maintenance.
