The TC-CCR014 is a rack-mounted redundant ControlNet communication interface module for Honeywell Experion PKS and C300 controller systems. It establishes dual independent ControlNet links between the main controller and remote I/O racks. The module continuously monitors the health of both network paths and triggers automatic failover to the backup channel upon primary line fault, preventing communication loss during cable damage or transceiver failure. Channel isolation suppresses electrical noise and transient interference. It delivers stable deterministic data transmission for high-availability process control in oil & gas, chemical, power and petrochemical plants.
