The TC-PRR021 is a rack-mounted redundancy synchronization module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 controllers. It manages high-speed data synchronization between primary and standby controllers, supporting bumpless automatic failover if the master controller encounters faults. It continuously copies control logic, tag values and status data to the backup unit, eliminating process disruption during controller switching. Front status LEDs display redundancy health and sync status for rapid maintenance checks.
