Product Overview
The INSEM01 is a dedicated master processing card for the classic ABB Bailey Infi 90 and Symphony Harmony distributed control systems, exclusively responsible for the whole plant’s discrete switch quantity event sequential recording (SOE) function. It acts as the upper coordinator of the INSET slave input modules, uniformly collecting all field digital status changes (circuit breaker tripping, valve position feedback, protection action, E-stop signal etc.), marking each action with 1ms high-precision time tags, sorting events strictly according to occurrence sequence and uploading to the DCS operator station HMI for fault recall and accident analysis.
