The GE IS220PDIOH1A is a Mark VIe distributed discrete I/O pack for GE Speedtronic gas and steam turbine control systems. It integrates 24 optically isolated discrete inputs and 12 form-C relay discrete outputs to collect field contact status and execute on/off control commands for valves, breakers, auxiliary motors and safety interlocks. It features fixed 4ms hardware input debounce to filter transient noise and prevent false trips, and supports simplex, dual and TMR triple modular redundant configurations for high-availability power generation control. This hardware eliminates single-point failure risks in turbine safety logic.
