Product Overview
IS220PDIOH1B is a mixed discrete‑input / discrete‑output I/O pack for GE Mark VIe distributed‑I/O platform. It acquires field‑contact‑status signals from limit‑switches, auxiliary‑relay feedback‑contacts and interlock‑switches, and generates discrete‑logic‑drive outputs for solenoid‑valves, auxiliary‑equipment‑control‑relays and alarm‑annunciation circuits. Dual‑port redundant IONet Ethernet links deliver fault‑tolerant communication to Mark VIe main‑controller. Widely deployed for gas‑turbine and steam‑turbine auxiliary‑equipment‑sequence‑control and interlock‑signal‑handling. Obsolete automation spare hardware available as refurbished and surplus tested units for legacy power‑plant‑control‑system maintenance‑work.
Application Notes
‑ Mount onto matching PDIO‑series terminal‑base assembly; observe strict ESD anti‑static handling rules. ‑ De‑energise field discrete‑circuit power before terminal‑base wiring‑modification. ‑ Configure discrete‑channel‑parameters in ToolboxST engineering software. ‑ Typical deployment: power‑plant Mark VIe discrete‑I/O‑pack spare‑part stocking.
