The A413125 is a contactless smart position transmitter designed for Metso Neles rotary valve actuators. It converts valve shaft angular movement into standard 4–20mA signal with HART 7 digital communication for DCS and PLC systems. The Hall-effect sensor removes mechanical contact points to reduce wear and drift. Users can access device status, perform calibration and view diagnostic logs via HART handheld tools. The robust IP67 enclosure suits corrosive, wet and hazardous field environments. It is widely fitted on control and shut-off valves in mining, pulp and paper, oil & gas, chemical and power plants.
