H1127-0101 (also written H1127.0101) is a core modular controller under Rolls-Royce Marine Unified Platform (UP) series, NOT Honeywell product (easy brand misjudgment). It is the central communication and logic processing unit for ship DP (Dynamic Positioning) system, integrated bridge propulsion control and marine machinery automation system.
It undertakes data gateway, protocol conversion, signal logic operation, redundancy voting and equipment status monitoring, builds data interaction between joystick operating console, thruster drives, power management system, alarm & monitoring system and vessel GPS/gyro navigation sensors.
Adopts marine-grade reinforced design, with built-in fault self-diagnosis, hot standby redundant operation capability, high EMC anti-interference performance to adapt to harsh offshore vibration, humidity and electromagnetic environment. Mostly EOL legacy spare part for offshore vessels, drilling platforms, anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTS).
