Product Overview
The SPAI-16 is a 16-channel universal analog input expansion module belonging to Samsung SSAS-Pro centralized alarm and monitoring control system, perfectly paired with RSPC-X32 main CPU controller, and forms a complete I/O set together with SPDI digital input, SPRI Pt100 temperature input and SPAO analog output modules. It converts continuous analog signals from field transmitters such as pressure sensors, flow meters, liquid level transmitters and valve position feedback into digital values for the main controller to execute closed-loop regulation, parameter display and abnormal alarm judgment. Each independent channel supports freely switching between voltage and current signal modes to adapt to diverse industrial field instruments. Equipped with built-in open-circuit and short-circuit fault diagnosis, it can automatically report broken sensor cables or grounded wiring faults to the master unit, greatly simplifying on-site troubleshooting. The optocoupler isolation design thoroughly blocks high-frequency electromagnetic interference from inverters and power equipment, ensuring stable measurement accuracy in vibration-intensive, high-humidity harsh environments. The modular DIN rail stacking structure allows flexible expansion of analog acquisition points according to project scale, widely deployed in ship engine room automation, offshore platform auxiliary monitoring, industrial plant pump/valve control systems and power station auxiliary equipment supervision.
