It serves as the core closed-loop computing unit for pump displacement adjustment, receiving analog command signals from the main automation controller and converting them into proportional drive currents for the pump’s HS4 hydraulic valve. The module realizes dual closed-loop control of pump swivel angle and system pressure, with built-in power limiting algorithm to protect hydraulic pumps and prime movers from overload damage. Local commissioning can be completed directly via the front digital display and physical buttons, while deep parameter modification, curve calibration and fault waveform recording are realized through the RS232 interface paired with Rexroth official BODAC configuration software.
