  The ADV551-P50 is a high-density transistor-based digital output module engineered exclusively for Yokogawa CENTUM VP distributed control systems. Equipped with 32 sink-type DC output channels grouped into two sets of 16 isolated circuits, it converts DCS controller logic commands into 24V DC on/off switching signals to drive field solenoid valves, control relays, alarm indicators, interlock contactors and small pneumatic actuator coils. A core embedded function supports time-proportional pulse width modulation with adjustable pulse duration ranging from 8 milliseconds up to 7200 seconds, enabling precise duty-cycle regulation for heating elements, damper actuators and variable load modulating equipment without extra auxiliary signal converters.
