The A413111 is a contactless smart position transmitter for Metso rotary valve actuators. It converts valve shaft rotation into 4–20mA analog signal with HART digital overlay, transmitting real-time valve position and diagnostic data to DCS or PLC. The Hall-effect sensing method avoids mechanical friction and wear. Operators can perform remote calibration, parameter reading and fault diagnosis via HART protocol. IP67 enclosure allows installation in harsh outdoor and hazardous industrial areas. It is commonly deployed on rotary control and isolation valves in mining, pulp and paper, oil & gas, and chemical industries.
