3. Product Overview

The A413140 is a smart non-contact position transmitter for Metso Neles rotary actuators. It converts valve shaft rotation into 4–20 mA analog signal with HART 7 digital communication to deliver real-time valve position and diagnostic information to DCS or PLC. Hall-effect measurement eliminates mechanical contact and wear, delivering stable long-term feedback. HART tools support remote configuration, calibration and fault checking. The sealed IP67 enclosure is suitable for wet, dusty and hazardous field locations. It is used on control and isolation valves in mining, pulp and paper, oil & gas, chemical and power industries.
