MOOG G772K240A is an ISO Size 03 intrinsically safe two-stage mechanical feedback electro-hydraulic servo valve from MOOG G772K hazardous location series, designed for high-flow, high-precision closed-loop hydraulic regulation in explosive petrochemical, power and metallurgical production zones. This MOOG G772K240A adopts dry polarized torque motor and dual nozzle-flapper pilot stage, accepts standard 40mA analog control current to drive large hydraulic actuators, with ultra-low hysteresis and excellent zero drift stability. As an ATEX/IECEx certified heavy-duty hydraulic control spare part of MOOG industrial servo solutions, G772K240A supports 38 L/min rated flow under standard pressure drop, delivers fast dynamic response and long service life, widely applied in gas turbine steam valve positioning, steel mill AGC thickness control, hazardous area hydraulic test rigs and large precision injection molding equipment.
