2. Product Overview

The 8V1022.00-2 belongs to B&R classic ACOPOS modular servo drive platform, a compact high-precision single-axis motion controller for three-phase 400V class servo motors. It integrates EMC line filter, built-in braking resistor, electronic safe restart interlock inside the housing, greatly reducing external cabinet wiring and safety auxiliary components. Adopting ultra-fast control loop algorithm (50μs servo cycle, 400μs bus communication cycle), it supports high-speed positioning, electronic cam, gantry synchronization and CNC interpolation control. The modular expansion slot design allows free plug-in of encoder feedback modules, EtherCAT/POWERLINK/Ethernet communication cards and digital I/O boards, perfectly matched with B&R X20 PLC, Automation PC and full range synchronous/asynchronous servo motors. This model has been discontinued by the manufacturer, only new surplus and refurbished units available in the market.
