Product Overview

The MMS6824 is the core rack protocol conversion and data aggregation gateway for the classic EPRO MMS6000 Turbine Supervisory Instrument (TSI) system, widely used for large rotating machinery protection in thermal power plants, petrochemical plants, refineries and offshore platforms.

It centrally collects all real-time operating data from vibration monitors, shaft displacement monitors, speed monitors and temperature modules in the MMS6000 rack through the exclusive EPRO RS485 fieldbus, including bearing vibration, shaft axial/radial displacement, eccentricity, differential expansion, rotor speed, gap voltage, alarm latch status and fault waveform records. Afterwards, it converts the non-open EPRO private protocol into universal Modbus RTU (serial) and Modbus TCP/IP (Ethernet) industry standard protocols, realizing seamless data interaction with plant DCS, DEH control system, SCADA and AMS predictive maintenance platforms.
