3. Product Overview

The 05701-A-0302 is a rack-mounted single-channel control card for Honeywell System 57 gas detection systems, designed specifically for catalytic bead combustible gas sensors. It receives raw bridge signals from catalytic detectors, performs gas concentration calculation and runs three configurable alarm levels with adjustable delay and peak value storage. Front panel LEDs and bar graph display deliver clear local status for gas concentration, alarm and fault conditions. Built-in continuous sensor and circuit diagnostics detect wiring failure, sensor drift and hardware faults. It supports remote reset and inhibit signals, and can be fitted with an optional analogue output module to send readings to DCS or PLC. This card is widely used for combustible gas monitoring in oil & gas, chemical and refinery hazardous areas.
