The TK-PRR021 is a rack-mounted redundancy sync module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 control systems. It continuously synchronizes control logic, tag values and runtime status between primary and standby controllers to support bumpless 1:1 active-standby failover. When the master controller fails, the standby unit takes over instantly without process interruption. Front status LEDs provide real-time visibility of sync health and fault alarms for quick maintenance. It eliminates single-point controller failure risks and maintains uninterrupted process control for oil & gas, chemical, power and petrochemical facilities.
