Product Overview
The 60WKS-CE240/12PB is a classic rack-mount analog servo drive from Kollmorgen Seidel 60WKS series, a dedicated three-phase PWM power amplifier exclusively matched to SM series brushless synchronous servo motors. It adopts trapezoidal wave commutation algorithm and dual-loop PI controller (current inner loop + speed outer loop) to output stable three-phase alternating current for precise speed, torque and position regulation of servo actuators.
This drive relies on resolver/tachogenerator rotor position feedback signals to calculate motor commutation angle, and receives analog ±10V speed command signals from upper PLC, motion controller or CNC system to execute closed-loop motion control. Built-in DC link filter capacitors, power tube temperature monitoring circuit, DC bus and auxiliary power fuses greatly improve operational safety. The front panel LED indicator array visualizes power status, running state and fault codes for quick on-site diagnosis, while the isolated standby relay outputs dry contact alarm signals to host control systems for equipment interlock protection.
