Description
GE DS200TCPSG1A (TCPS) is an original dedicated DC power conversion board exclusively for GE Speedtronic Mark V gas/steam turbine control systems. Installed in the master R core and R1/R2/R3/R5 I/O cores of the Mark V rack, the GE DS200TCPSG1A takes 125VDC raw power from the TCPD power distribution board and converts it into multiple stabilized regulated DC rails for all internal control hardware. The GE DS200TCPSG1A supplies clean, noise-isolated power to CPU logic circuits, RTD temperature sensors, servo valve drive loops and analog signal output modules, acting as the fundamental power backbone to guarantee uninterrupted turbine speed regulation, protection interlock and field signal acquisition. No jumpers or software configuration are required after installation for plug-and-play operation.

Key Features & Advantages
- Multi-Rail Isolated Regulated Power Conversion
High-efficiency switching power circuit converts single 125VDC input into fully isolated multi-channel stabilized voltages. Independent filtering and surge suppression for each output rail eliminate grid voltage fluctuation interference, protecting delicate microprocessors and precision analog signal circuits from power spikes.
- Simplified Maintenance Without Calibration
No hardware jumpers, DIP switches or software parameter tuning needed. Direct hot-swap compatible with standard Mark V rack backplane; replaceable onboard fuses enable fast on-site troubleshooting without full system shutdown.
- Complete System Power Backbone Coverage
Uniform power supply design for master control core and all four I/O racks. Supports critical turbine control loads including hydraulic servo valve excitation, RTD temperature measurement, 4–20mA analog transmitters and trip protection logic boards, eliminating mismatched power risks across the whole Mark V system.
