Product Overview
A860-2140-T411 is a complete αiCZ non-contact magnetic spindle sensor assembly developed by FANUC. It is specially matched with FANUC built-in AC spindle motors.
This set detects spindle rotation speed, rotational position and phase angle without mechanical contact. The magnetic sensing structure can adapt to harsh workshop environments with oil mist, metal dust and vibration, effectively avoiding failure problems of traditional optical encoders caused by pollution.
The sensor ring is mounted on the spindle rotor; the sensor head is fixed on the stator. Signals are transmitted to the spindle amplifier module after being processed by the yellow junction box. The CNC system relies on this feedback signal to realize spindle vector control, rigid tapping, spindle orientation and C-axis positioning functions.
