Product Overview

The IS210MACC1ACC paired with IS200MACC1ACC forms a complete Machine Interface Controller (MAC) assembly for GE Mark VI and Mark VIe Speedtronic turbine control racks. IS210MACC1ACC is the main processor pack executing turbine control algorithms, logic processing, fault diagnostics and IONet communication to the system host. IS200MACC1ACC is the matching terminal / signal conditioning board that interfaces directly with field sensors, transducers and actuator wiring, providing signal filtering, level conversion and galvanic isolation for process I/O signals.
These two boards must operate as a matched set. The IS200MACC1ACC receives raw field signals, conditions and filters interference, then transfers cleaned data across the dedicated backplane connector to the IS210MACC1ACC processor. The processor runs closed‑loop turbine control sequences, performs continuous self‑diagnostics, logs alarm events, and exchanges real‑time data over redundant IONet to Mark VIe controllers and upper‑level HMI / historian systems. Hot‑swap capable within a properly redundant rack setup for on‑line maintenance without full unit shutdown.
